1. All Digital Sales Are Final


All sales of digital products — including downloadable materials, on-demand courses, and electronic content — are final and non-refundable. Once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded, the sale is considered complete.


2. Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable


Our Products provide immediate access to proprietary educational content. Because digital items cannot be returned once accessed, and to maintain fairness and the integrity of our materials, we do not offer refunds for digital sales.


3. Course Enrollments and Partial Refunds


For live or instructor-led courses, we understand that scheduling changes may occur. Partial refunds may be available under the following conditions:


  • Refund requests must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days before the course start date.

  • A 25% non-refundable reservation fee applies to all course enrollments to secure your spot.

  • Refund requests made within thirty (30) days of the course start date are not eligible, as your seat and materials have already been reserved.


Requests for partial refunds must be submitted in writing to hello@artofjavi.com and will be reviewed in accordance with this Policy.


4. Exceptions


Refunds or credits may be granted only in the case of duplicate purchases — for example, if the same product or course was inadvertently purchased more than once under the same account.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


5. How to Request a Refund


To request a refund under the limited circumstances described above, please contact us at hello@artofjavi.com within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase (or within the applicable timeframe for course enrollments).


Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information
